perspective. He works free-lance for his firm S t r e i t vermittler as mediator and trainer for conflict resolution. For both he is certified according the standards of ,Bundesverband Mediation‘ the Federal Organization for Mediation in Germany (BM). He studied law at Friedrich-Schiller University Jena, ÈLTE Budapest and Humboldt University Berlin. In the area of ADR he completed a mediation training program of Tulane Law School New Orleans, according to the standards of ABA and a one year long training with the German family association (DFV). Since 2005 he serves as a mediator in relationship disputes in family, community, workplace and commercial disputes in Germany and visited the Dispute Resolution Center of Victoria, Australia and different mediation centers in the US. He conducts various conflict resolution programs nationally and mediation training programs for adults, students and children on a regular basis. Thereby he focuses on the neutral and empathic role of the mediator with mindfulness approaches. Additionally he lectures at
Humboldt-University Berlin and the Otto-von-Guericke University Magdeburg. Last but not least he is active for the organizational development of the BM and works as the representative of this organization in the German state of Saxony-Anhalt on a voluntary basis.
